Income tax and sales tax refunds, claimed and followed to payment
Money stuck as excess tax is working capital your business cannot use. We work out what you are entitled to, reconcile the records the FBR will check, file the claim, and follow it with the department until the refund is paid. Where tax is being over-deducted in the first place, we apply for exemption or reduced-rate certificates so the problem does not repeat.
ResultRefund claims filed with complete documentation and followed until the money is paid.

Questions about tax refunds & exemption certificates
Can I get back excess income tax that was deducted from me?
If the tax paid or deducted exceeds your liability for the year, you can apply for a refund under section 170 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 within the time the law allows. Your return must be filed and the withholding must appear in FBR records. We confirm your entitlement before filing.
Why are sales tax refunds often delayed?
Common causes are mismatches between your annexures and your suppliers' returns, missing documents, or suppliers flagged by the FBR. We reconcile these before filing, which reduces the queries that hold claims up.
Can I stop excess tax being deducted in the first place?
In some cases, yes. Where your final liability is expected to be lower than the tax being withheld, you can apply for an exemption or reduced-rate certificate under section 159. We assess whether you qualify and apply on your behalf.
