Pakistan tax and compliance for overseas Pakistanis and foreign businesses

Many of our clients live or are headquartered in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK and the USA. We handle their Pakistani obligations remotely: working out residency, filing returns, managing property purchases and sales, and setting up and running Pakistani operations for foreign businesses. Meetings run on video calls and documents move by email.

ResultYour Pakistani obligations handled remotely, and property deals closed with the correct tax.

Questions about overseas pakistanis & foreign companies

I live abroad. Do I still need to file a tax return in Pakistan?

It depends on your residency status for the tax year and whether you have Pakistan-source income, such as rent or gains on property. Filing can still be worthwhile to stay on the Active Taxpayer List, which reduces the tax deducted when you buy or sell property. We assess your situation before recommending a filing.

Can you handle everything without me travelling to Pakistan?

Yes. We work by email, WhatsApp and video calls, and use authorised representation for FBR matters. Some property and banking steps need biometric or in-person verification, and we tell you upfront if any apply.

Which countries do your clients live in?

Most overseas clients are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States, and we also work with clients elsewhere.
